Welcome to Flowaway

We are delighted to welcome you to a Flowaway retreat. By confirming your registration, you agree to the terms below.

Article 1

Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit secures your participation in the chosen retreat. As places are limited to preserve the intimacy and quality of the experience, your booking becomes final once payment has been validated.

Booking deposit — refundable under certain conditions (see Article 3).
Travel to the retreat venue is not included in the price of the stay.

Article 2

Payment of the Balance

The balance is due no later than 6 weeks (45 days) before the start of the retreat. If payment has not been received by this deadline, we will have to release the spot for another person wishing to attend.

Payment plan available: the option of paying the balance in two instalments is offered upon request. Contact us at flowawayoga@gmail.com

Article 3

Cancellation by the Participant

If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as early as possible at flowawayoga@gmail.com.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, the stay is not refunded. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance if you wish.

Article 4

Exceptional Circumstances — Possible Postponement

If a major event beyond your control and ours (serious illness, hospitalisation, administrative closure, natural disaster, pandemic…) prevents you from taking part, we will always favour a humane and constructive solution.

Wherever possible, Flowaway will offer you the opportunity to postpone your participation to another retreat, subject to availability.

Article 5

If Flowaway must modify or cancel

Flowaway reserves the right to cancel the retreat in the following cases:

  • In the event of force majeure
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached

In such cases, all amounts paid are refunded in full, with no additional compensation.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, the instructors and the schedule where necessary for the smooth running of the stay.

Article 6

Practice & Liability

The activities offered (yoga, hiking, cycling, etc.) are accessible, but call for your awareness and presence. Each participant agrees to practise with respect for their body and their limits.

Flowaway cannot be held liable in the event of injury or loss of personal belongings. We recommend travel insurance if you wish.

Article 7

Respect for the Group & the Venue

Our retreats are built on respect, kindness and confidentiality. Everyone agrees to respect the retreat setting, the premises and equipment, the instructors and the other participants.

Disrespectful behaviour may result in exclusion without a refund.

Article 8

Personal Data

The information you share remains strictly confidential and is never passed on to third parties. It is used solely for organising the retreat and for communication related to Flowaway.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise this right: flowawayoga@gmail.com

Article 9

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the matter will be brought before the competent French courts.

Article 10

Identity of the Organisers

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are established by the co-organisers of Flowaway Yoga Retreats, two associated sole proprietors under the French auto-entrepreneur scheme (VAT not applicable — Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code):
